Sacramento's mayor has announced he will not be seeking another term - capping three terms leading the state's capital city of Sacramento.

 Meanwhile, the Governor's office has announced that Mayor Darrell Steinberg has been picked to head a new group tasked with transforming San Quentin Prison into a Rehabilitation center.
