After multiple offers, my seller ghosted me and decided they don’t want to sell or pay me the $25k commission owed or even a cancellation fee…. I let that go because I didn’t want to risk my reputation. Now, I find out 1 year later, she listed her house for sale with another realtor, and that realtor was using my photos. It was probably up for sale for like 4 months when I found out, then they canceled the sale and put it up for rent. It is still up for rent and they are using my photos once again. It’s not a lot of money at all, but that seller pissed me off so much that I want to get at least a dime back. Is this worth pursuing?
