Jake - Jake’s wide footprint through both own- ership of his own assets as well as under- writing lending opportunities in various states have strengthened his foundation for asset management and effectively maintaining offsite relationships with ven- dors, contractors, and onsite personnel. Currently, Mr. Garcia is a general partner in three different apartment communities in Texas totaling 357 units. He also owns and manages a 54 unit residential portfolio in the Phoenix MSA, twelve (12) group homes, as well as investmets in land development and mobile home parks. He has bought & sold over $50,000,000 in both residential & multifamily assets in multiple states.

Mr. Britto started his real estate career in the research depart of Marcus & Millichap (M&M), one of the largest commercial real estate brokerage firms in the country.Mr. Britto transitioned to the brokerage side of the business in 2012, joining one of Marcus & Millichap’s top teams in IPA Student Housing.
