The students' test results improved considerably. So was there cheating involved?
It was in the US, that students across all schools in the country, sat for national standardized tests each year. But it was noted that there had been a noticeable improvement in test scores in one particular school district. So was this a result of educational reforms designed to improve student outcomes or was this anomaly something else?
