Wholesaling and Assigning Contracts How Wholesalers Do It

We talk about the pros and cons of assigning a contract versus paying for a double closing and when you should double close versus assigning the contract. My personal preference is to always double close but many wholesalers that I know always assign almost every house that they flip.
