Part 2: The afternoon before my first journey, I record outside on a beautiful mountain. I talk about the journey to Costa Rica & to New Life Aya retreat center. I share my intentions and fears leading into the ceremony.

Part 3: This part is recorded in my room the night after my first ayahuasca journey. And a journey it was. My mind was blown into pieces. I am so excited to share with you what I experienced & learned this first night.
