Judge Lindsay Navarre is leading the mental health court initiative in Lucas County. This way when someone commits a crime, and a mental health issue is in play, we can genuinely try to rehabilitate that person, actually, their brain. It's a long way off from happening, but I'm glad Lindsay (she said 'you can call me whatever you want' LOLOLOL) is heading this effort so we can see criminality through a different prism as we move forward.

People do things - all things - because it's what their brain says to do. In many cases, we can fix those brains.
