Life is hard out there. If a person is to be their best, feel their best, and live their best life, they need to have some non-negotiables. That is to say, they need to have boundries and stick to certain things in life they count on, no matter what.
I wonder what you rely upon to be your best self? For some people it's setting a wake and sleep schedule. Some other people set a work out routine, or end their work day at a certain time whether the job is done or not. For me, I need to start my day off right to set a tone for the rest of my day.
