For our 4th episode from Paleo f(x) we have John Arbuckle on. John is a tenth generation farmer, a lineage that can be traced to Scotland, where ancestors raised wheat and lamb north of Glasgow.  He is also the creator of ButcherBox and Roam Sticks.
