Bill and Kristina Craig, founders of Medal Chasers, have been on our show before. We are big fans of running their virtual races as training runs to stay motivated during training season and support a great cause. The “I Am Worthy” Half Marathon, celebrating Thor, is one from the Medal Chasers Assemble series that we held onto for a while because we hadn’t had a training run that was the length of a half marathon in a while. Our final one in preparation for the Donna Marathon Weekend is just that so it was a perfect chance to support Ava’s Avengers and earn a really awesome medal.

La Luce at Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek is an amazing Italian Restuarant that we visited during our weekend in Orlando during the 2022 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend 10K in January. Ricardo, our server was truly amazing. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. We had a flavorful meal including a great appetizer and two hearty carb-loading meals that we can’t wait to get back and have again in the near future.
DRINK
La Luce at Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek also has an excellent bar, a huge selection of wine from their extensive wine cellar, and creative cocktails, too. We each had a single cocktail.. not because we didn’t want more… we totally did, but these were so delicious and we had to savor every nuance of these hand-crafted beverages.
Trust us, you want to go to this restaurant.
