They explored the founding story of Harmless Harvest and discussed how Ben, leveraged his extensive consumer packaged goods background, to lead the company through a transformation in terms of their operation, brand, and financial performance. 

Jon and Ben dug into their path towards regenerative organic and zero-waste practices, and how they decided to introduce coconut yogurt as well as other SKUs to utilize every part of the coconut.

In addition to changes around the supply chain and their operation, Ben also shared his perspective on how they leveraged inclusive practices around employee engagement, company culture, hiring, and pay equity, to improve the company's performance from the inside out.
