Last month, Talking Catholic co-host Jen Mauro was asked to facilitate a discussion among the state’s five Catholic Charities executive directors and CEOs. The discussion, which also included input from James King, executive director of the New Jersey Catholic Conference, was video-recorded in front of about 40 Catholic Charities Diocese of Camden staff. As such, the panel answered some questions from the audience.
Tune in to hear how Catholic Charities aids our local communities, what services staffers provide, how agencies collaborate and how Catholic social teaching plays an integral part in their everyday mission to serve those in need.
The Catholic Charities executive directors and CEOs interviewed were: Kevin Hickey, Diocese of Camden; John Westervelt, Archdiocese of Newark; Marlene Lao-Collins, Diocese of Trenton; Julio Coto, Diocese of Metuchen, and Scott Milliken, Diocese of Paterson.
Before Jen jumps into the recorded interview, however, she is joined by Katie Hagan, the new marketing manager for Catholic Charities Diocese of Camden. We’ll get to know Katie better very soon!
