I wanted to talk to you about grieving. 2020 was so hard for so many people and caused so much loss and pain for people.

What are the stages of grieving?

Shock and denial. (This is a state of disbelief and numbed feelings) Pain and guilt, Anger and bargaining, The upward turn, Reconstruction and working through, Acceptance and hope.
