Brandon worked as a mechanical engineer in the consumer electronics industry for nearly 10 years, but started to realize the path he was on wasn't leading to the life he had envisioned. After a very demanding year with his W2 in 2020, he began investing in commercial real estate, specifically multifamily and self-storage. By partnering with other investors in 58k sqft of storage, 203 units of multifamily, and wholesaling his first self-storage facility, he was able to leave his W2 and become a full-time real estate investor. His focus is now on acquiring on market and off market self-storage facilities, that are under 50k sqft in tier 2 and tier 3 markets.
