Carolina Brewery is one of the first breweries in the Triangle. Robert Poitras opened his Chapel Hill brewery in the '90s as a result of soul searching after college. His journey's took him to Europe and his love of beer and food began! Now he's celebrating his 16th anniversary of Carolina Brewery's Pittsboro location. It's a great story of following your spark and staying where you find joy!
