Reflections is a bi-weekly episode where I reflect on the past 2 weeks and I share what I learned, insights I gained, challenges I went through, and much more. In the process, I hope to document my journey intensely as well as help improve other's journeys through my experience.

In this episode, we talk about how skipping a morning meditation absolutely ruined me, how I bounced back later that day, one of my main Starbucks mentors quitting (Mitch), how he's helped me with my mindset on the job, the shift when bar finally clicked, pestering people with questions even if it's uncomfortable for me, not taking on the customers' frame and instead creating my own frame, earning my first decent paycheque, sacrificing a small amount of time after work to make it a better rest of my day, allowing myself to not put every single piece of content out, how Starbucks is bleeding into every area of my life (which I dislike) & why seeing kindness fires me up even more than being in nature.
