Lately I have found myself falling back into old habits that never really served me. My fear based thinking has crept up on me during this fire season and I realized it was limiting my experiences.

In this episode, I talk about how living in the present moment can bring us back to a more positive way of thinking. Being present releases us from all our evaluations, our anticipations, and our fears of what was, or what we fear of the future. 

It's only human to fall back into old habits. The good news is we can create new habits. The more we use the muscles of our brain to rewire our thoughts, the closer we are to having a new normal, new default, and new reality.
