BCR14 focused on the scientific / psychological study of violent criminal behavior – the worst of interpersonal human acts -- murder and rape. We talked with Criminal Psychologists Gabrielle Salfati and Marina Sorochinski. Both work to identify bad actors in our community. They have dedicated their professional lives to interrogate the complex interactive, human dynamics that result in violent outcomes. And they look to discover more effective descriptions of the criminal mind with the overall goal of aiding law enforcement.
