Priscilla, Queen of the Desert is a film that has inspired Broken Heel - a Festival embracing Drag and its community. The Palace Hotel in Broken Hill in Outback of Australia was featured in the film, bringing its colourful walls and charm to the world.
In 2017, radionotes dropped past the hotel to speak with Esther La Rovere.
Broken Heel Festival runs during September, in 2019 from 13th to 15th.
