I have talked about my issues with food before but in this episode, I share with you someone that I saw decades ago that until this very moment? Didn't inspire me to change my diet in ways that I would have never imagined.

He was in critical care and by that I mean that he was back on the road to health but a life time of addiction had taken its toll and this very young man, moved and acted like a very old man. He was hyper focused and very diligent on what he put into his body because he had to.

His life that I witnessed back then, in a very startling and visual way, to me at least, depended on it.
