I get out paper and a pen and go through all 47 players on the Indians roster. Then we talk about free agents, locks, and bubble players as I try and project who will make the cut and who won't when the dust settles on the season. We look back at a funny trade idea from earlier in the year and use it for a metaphor for why the Indians need to recognize their window and strike with 2020 in mind as at the end of 2020 nothing will be the same for the Cleveland Indians.
