Today we had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with Moun D’Simone, a spiritual teacher, Buddhist practitioner, yogi, and artist who trained in Contemplative Psychotherapy. She holds space for others to find and understand their own inner wisdom and believes that healing should be relatable & accessible to everyone.
During this episode she shares her story of how she how she began this work, the evolution of her own transformation and how she learned to trust herself the way she does now. We also discuss the power of forgiveness, and the paradox that is life and grief.
