I recently had a conversation with Ella Mansfield on the Agents of Hope Podcast, which is a show that is primarily for people who are working or are looking to work in the field of Educational Psychology, but many of the listeners include a wide range of people, for example teachers and  parents who are involved in the education and care of children and young people who have additional needs.
