 A.   ADAM & EVE 
  Then God said, "Let us make MAN IN OUR IMAGE, in our likeness, and let THEM rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."  So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.  Genesis 1:26-27
 
 B.  ISRAEL’S RELEASE  –  BACKGROUND
 "And I will make the Egyptians favorably disposed toward this people, so that when you leave you will not go empty-handed.   Every woman is to ask her neighbor and any woman living in her house for articles of silver and gold and for clothing, which you will put on your sons and daughters. And so you will plunder the Egyptians."  Exodus 3:21 
 
 C.  ISRAEL’S BLESSING
 
 IF you pay attention to these laws and are careful to follow them, THEN the LORD your God will keep his covenant of love with you, as he swore to your forefathers.  He will love you and bless you and increase your numbers. He will bless the fruit of your womb, the crops of your land--your grain, new wine and oil--the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks in the land that he swore to your forefathers to give you. You will be blessed more than any other people; none of your men or women will be childless, nor any of your livestock without young.  Deuteronomy 7:12-14
 
 I will drive out nations before you and enlarge your territory, and no one will covet your land when you go up three times each year to appear before the LORD your God.  Exodus 34:24 
 
 D.  ISRAEL’S BATTLES
 
 Then he sent horses and chariots and a strong force there. They went by night and surrounded the city.  When the servant of the man of God got up and went out early the next morning, an army with horses and chariots had surrounded the city. "Oh, my lord, what shall we do?"  the servant asked.  "Don't be afraid," the prophet answered. "Those who are with us are more than those who are with them."  And Elisha prayed, "O LORD, open his eyes so he may see." Then the LORD opened the servant's eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. 2 Kings 6:14 -17
