I am going to stick with the theme of freelancing today (to an extent) and give you some advice on how to make sure you are making as much money as you can be for what you're doing!
Business is a big game of trying to balance prices and customers, I know, so all of us could use some tips on how to price our products or services.
I am going to hit five big points in this episode:
1. Make sure you don't undersell yourself
2. Research your competitors and the market
3. DO NOT get caught up in a race to the bottom with prices
4. Understand WHEN to work for free
5. Weigh the differences between working for yourself and for someone else
After getting a little bit of insight into those five things, you should be in a decent position to price your own work. This can definitely be one of the hardest aspects of freelancing or starting a new business, but it would be a terrible reason to stay out of business! Just take the time to learn from this content you are being provided and you will be where you want to be before you know it.
As always, reach out to me with any questions, requests, suggestions, etc.
