In early 2011, Don North and his sailboat, the Wind Dancer vanished somewhere off the coast of Panama. During the search for Don, a body was found floating near where he had gone missing. It was tied to an anchor and was clearly a victim of foul play but the body wasn’t Don’s.  This is the story of how a disappearance, led to the capture of an alleged serial killer who targeted sailors.
