38. Kelly Larson: Human Rights Director for the City of Dubuque

Today, on the podcast we welcome Kelly Larson. Kelly has been the human rights director for the City of Dubuque since 1999. One of her responsibilities includes educating folks on civil rights law, which I'm sure we are about to get from this interview.
