Fritz Hamburg - Success on Hawk Hill

Fritz Hamburg has spent the last eleven years as the head baseball coach at Saint Joseph's University. In that time, he has turned the Hawks into a consistent force in the Atlantic 10 Conference, while also developing several players who have gone on to be drafted by Major League Baseball teams.

In Episode #23 of "1-on-1 with Matt Leon," Matt sits down with Hamburg to talk about his career in baseball. They talk about his success with the Hawks, his own playing career - which included a stint in the Phillies organization - and the challenges of playing college baseball in the Northeast.
