That being said, a lot of people have come up to me before and used the expression "work smarter not harder"

I always thought this was a good idea... until I heard a better idea. That better idea is work smarter AND harder. To be completely honest, I've always kind of questioned why this wasn't the saying. But it was a popular saying so it must've been right.

I know this whole idea of "work smarter and harder" has been brought up by others before, like Mike Rowe. I'm not taking credit for coming up with it. I just totally totally totally agree with it.
