Today host Laura Reagan, LCSW-C revisits an interview from 2016 with Laura van Dernoot Lipsky, who is the author of the classic bestseller, "Trauma Stewardship: An everyday guide to caring for self while caring for others," and a newer book, "The Age of Overwhelm: Strategies for the long haul."
