Joanne and Gloria talk about how women have been socialized to have lower levels of intention, changing the narrative from power over to power to, what it means to wear the shirt (power tool #6), and why if we carpe the chaos (power tool #5) we can create positive change even at this moment when women have been been the most affected economically because of the pandemic.
