Many people with ADHD are hesitant to explore mindfulness. They may think it sounds boring, difficult, or just not particularly valuable.  But there is a growing body of research that points to mindfulness meditation as a useful tool for ADHD brains.

Why is mindfulness meditation helpful for those of us with ADHD? What does the research say about the benefits of mindfulness and how can those of us with busy brains apply this practice in a flexible way?
