I first discovered the benefits of self-improvement in my early 20s through the endorphin rush of gym workouts. However, it wasn't until a decade later that I truly grasped the significance of making self-development a lifelong pursuit.
Influenced by health pioneers like Gary Null, I delved into researching supplements, health misconceptions, vitamins, and more. Things I never learned in college. Since then, I've been inspired by experts like Tim Ferriss, Andrew Weil, Ben Greenfield, Dave Asprey, Aubrey Marcus, and many more.
Throughout the years, I've experimented with different self-improvement methods with varying levels of success. But, I've realized that the times when I struggled the most were when I lacked a clear plan of action. Without a plan & specific goals, it can be difficult to measure progress and stay motivated on your self-improvement journey.
Remember that self-improvement is a lifelong journey and challenges will inevitably arise. But, by creating a clear plan of action, you can set yourself up for success and separate yourself from those who have tried and failed.
