Throughout the episode, we will talk about how we share our programs and offers with our clients as well as the different ways that we can over deliver and why doing that is important. A statistic that my team and I are constantly reviewing and calculating is how many times a client works with us. Currently in my business, this metric shows that 98% of our paying clients have worked with us at least three times. They have reinvested with us at least three times.

These things shouldn’t come from a place of comparison like “How can I be better than the market?” Your inspiration should be born out of your want to create the type of experience for your client that they aren’t likely to forget, and nobody could even compete with since it’s so unique.
As we go through the episode, I will also name some brands that embody the same ideals as mine. As a result, I just love to purchase from them, be in their store or website, and engage with them because of that unique client experience.
