It was such a pleasure sitting down with Jeff Mease who was kind enough to give us a couple hours out of his busy day to discuss everything from how the famous Pizza X cup came to be to his thoughts on making Kirkwood Ave pedestrian only. I learned so much in our brief time together and would highly encourage anybody that runs, or ever plans on running, a restaurant or brewery to give this a listen. He gave so much insight into running a business while also regaling us with stories of Jack Daniels and bong hits from the early years. Jeff is the man behind Pizza X, One World Catering, Woolery Mill, Hive, Bloomington Brewing Company, Loesch Farm, and Lennie's and we were fortunate enough to touch on just about all of it.
