Interview with Guillermo Sepulveda
Guillermo Sepúlveda, known as Manguimo, is a mexican fruit based vegan influencer who believes fruit is the balsam the humanity needs to heal. He is a vegan for the animals and raw vegan for health educator. Graduated Summa Cum Laude from UDEM in Humanistics and Social Studies. Master in Society and Nutrition from UHA.
Certified in Plant- Based Nutrition by CNS. Diploma in Mastering Raw Food Education by Dr.s Rick and Karin Dina. Human Resources trainer with the mexican official standards. He teaches Natural Dietetics at Universidad Humanista de las Américas.
He participates as Habits Change Coach at Grupo Hábitos and other centers on raw vegan lifestyle. He worked in Le Fruit-Woodstock Fruit Festival (2011-2015) in gourmet raw vegan kitchen with Banana Commander Chris Kendall and Raw Chef. Alicia Ojeda.
