She utilizes her global credibility as a German Economic Senator advocating for equality, education, social justice, and economic growth, to transform the beauty industry. Francis believes with over 8 million beauty professionals around the world, most of whom are women, the time has come to provide next level education to this population and empower them with knowledge that can influence millions of humans in a positive and transformative way.
I had such a wonderful time chatting with Francis. She has so much energy and you can really feel how passionate she is about helping beauty professionals elevate their careers.
