Welcome No Labels, No Limits podcast listeners! Today we are joined by Jana Fuelberth, a mission-driven, high-achieving woman in the world of Human Resources and data generation. She helps businesses and businesses they serve, as the President and Co-Founder of two companies, analytic.li and second company called Higher Credits. She believes that every person deserves the opportunity to love his or her job as much as she loves hers. In her leadership role at analytic.li, a company at the intersection of data-driven businesses and HR, she is able to combine her love for learning, client experience, HR, and business results. 

When asked what part mentors played in her success, Jana says, "When finding a mentor, you have to make it so personal. So for me, I never sought out a mentor. I was just surrounded with really smart, successful, kindhearted, big brain people that you want as your mentors. They watch you, not just you, but they watch people, they watch young people, they watch to see are you coachable? Are you giving them something to work with? If you ask them for advice, do you go do something with it? Crash and burn, pick yourself up, learn again, come back, pivot? Or are you kind of stuck? I think the greatest gift that you can give to a mentor is action."
