I’ve gone back and forth with myself over the last year or so about using the term leadership when it comes to you doing what you need to do to grow your business, because it’s not a term that immediately lands for solopreneurs and micro-business owners and I totally get why.

 

I didn’t think in terms of entrepreneurial leadership when I started my first business in the online space in 2016, nor this business, even though this one has always been about the growth of the business owner as the foundation for the growth of the business.

 

Leadership is a term we tend to associate with the Corporate world, with managing teams or having employees

 

However, it’s a term I’m going to stick with because

 

When you start a business, you take on an entrepreneurial leadership role

 

Even as a Solo or Micro-preneur.
