Bernstein, University Professorship chair at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, to discuss his new book, Classified: The Untold Story of Racial Classification in America. They chat about the development and history of the completely absurd and arbitrary racial classification system in the United States, whether the federal government should even be classifying people by race at all, and what system, if any, should replace our current one.
