Lisa Franklin is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. Her music is a cross between Contemporary Christian music and Urban Contemporary Gospel music making it appeal to audiences of all races, cultures, and backgrounds. She is an International Multi Award-Winning Gospel Recording Artist.

Lisa was a background vocalist for a group which led to an opportunity to tour and open for Gospel greats Shirley Caesar and The Williams Brothers. Lisa’s video of her singing Prophesy was featured on the Sounds of Worship virtual tour featuring Kierra Sheard, The Walls Group and Alexis Spight. She was a guest artist on Atlanta Live TV where she sang her original music. Lisa was interviewed in person on KAZ TV Radio’s “Spotlight with Lisa Franklin” in Cleveland Ohio where she also performed her single “Prophesy.”

Lisa credits the mentorship program of entrepreneur Dr Teresa Hairston, founder of Gospel Today magazine and CEO of Gospel Heritage Foundation, for the guidance and great advice she received concerning the business side of the music industry. She’s had the opportunity to interact and gain leadership and music industry knowledge via workshops taught by Vashawn Mitchell, Myron Butler and others.

God continues to open doors for Lisa, she is an artist on the Archafella Records label, CEO Dr. Archie Harrison, Sr. Lisa’s music is published through her company JNC Music (BMI). She is a singer, songwriter (BMI), producer, and composer. Her single “Prophesy,” won her two awards, Rhythm of Gospel 2020 Best Performance by a Female Artist and Praise & Worship Female Vocalist of the Year.
