To get to the subconscious you have to first go through the conscious. Your conscious is the part of your mind that’s aware of and responding to one’s surroundings. When you are doing something new your conscious is working to process everything that’s going on. The subconscious is the part of the mind that’s not fully aware but which influences one’s actions and feelings. In other words, it’s your automatic responses or things you don’t think about and just do. Brushing your teeth, getting dressed, driving, or eating you don’t have to think about because it’s now apart of our subconscious. Ninety-five percent of the things we do are automated from our subconscious. If you don’t want to be a 95% robot, awaken your conscious mind to regulate your subconscious. Every day do something new and different, learn something new, wake up because there are a lot of people that are subconsciously sleeping.
