TOUR DE FRANCE STAGE 16 REVIEW - Philipsen wins, Bini crashes - game on for green! Caravan hauls, INEOS woes, and the worst stage ever?

Nothing happened at all on this stage, nothing... until it did happen! Jasper Philpsen takes his third Tour de France stage with Stage 16. And with Biniam Girmay crashing, all of a sudden the battle for the green jersey is well and truly on. There's butting heads in the final sprint, we honour the ONE man who went in a breakaway - Thomas Gachignard and we look at what freebies you get in the peloton. Jeremy from Team Africa Rising is on the finish line as it's a nightmare for team Bini, a word on INEOS not having a good tour, the freebies in the caravan and preview Stage 17 which HAS TO BE for the breakaway or Katy is quitting cycling!!
