EP 542 The Property of Patch was started by the 1%er Motorcycle Clubs /So why is your club using it

The Property of Patch started coming into the scene Approx late 1950's  or early 60's. It's not known exactly what year it came into existence.  One thing that is known, 1% clubs started the practice. Today a ton of  clubs have adopted the practice of using the property patch, even those  that are not 1% clubs. Should non 1% clubs be able to use the Property  of Patch?
