Okay, not gonna lie Wreckfasteers - this episode gets weird. What we tried to do was drunkenly tell the story of a soldier who becomes a slave, a slave who becomes a gladiator, a gladiator who becomes a legend. What we actually told was kind of that but with some very odd detours, typical Roman sexual depravity, odd battle tactics and the worst attempt at the Marcus Aurelius speech ever attempted.
