Outlaws, hustling actually isn't in our DNA, it is nurtured. This means we have got to collectively rethink and reframe self nurturing. We know that self-care is important, we know that it's not always a bubble bath and Netflix, we know that self-care can be tough. It can be heavy and involve hard conversations with ourselves and with others. Self-care can look like creating boundaries and then actually having to honor them, it can look like saying no ending relationships and it can even hurt us in the moment. Self-care requires us to self nurture, to take care of our needs in micro ways on a daily basis, and allows us to take care of ourselves in the long term.
