The Great Search: P-Channel MOSFET in a Small SMT Package
On this week's The Great Search, we're looking for a P-Channel MOSFET in a small SMT package to replace the classic SOT-23 one we use for all our Feathers.
In this case, we're making a very compact board, so we need a smaller package! We've traditionally used the DMG2305 (https://www.digikey.com/short/4mtb0tz8) or DMG3415 (https://www.digikey.com/short/jdpmrcvc) as a high-current 3 or 4 Amp, 20V+, low 1Vgth, and low RdsOn of 50mOhm or less. Thankfully there's quite a few options on Digi-Key, let's look and compare what is available.
