In this very thought provoking discussion, Lauren Taus and I discuss consciousness medicine. If you have never heard psychedelics used in that way and are opposed of any mind-altering aspects of humanity, think about one of the things you will hear in this episode and that is that that “the first psychedelic known to man, is breath.” We are all on our own separate paths and all of us, in whatever way, need to heal, whatever works for you might not work for someone else but we also all need each other. I have often told my children that if they didn’t need anyone else in this life? That they would be the only one on the planet.
