E84 Reclaiming Play and Purpose: A Meditation
In this episode or “Dharmasode,” I explore the profound connection between play, self-discovery, and finding your soul’s purpose. As adults, we often lose touch with the joy of play, but what if reconnecting with it could unlock your true potential and align you with your dharma?
I introduce the concept of Leela, or divine play, from yogic philosophy, which teaches us to embrace the joy of the process rather than focusing solely on the outcome. Play is not just for kids; it’s a divine gift that calms the nervous system, fosters self-awareness, and strengthens relationships.
Through guided meditations and reflective exercises, I invite you to revisit your childhood, reconnect with your inner child, and rediscover the activities that once brought you joy. Whether it’s storytelling, exploring, or creating, these moments of reflection can help you tap into your soul’s purpose.
