Exploring the journey of a plant based lifestyle with Brad Vanstone

From building businesses to being an entrepreneur himself, Brad Vanstone is the founder of Willicroft, an Amsterdam based venture which combines age-old techniques of making cheese with a more planet-friendly ingredient.  Concerned about mother nature, Brad adopted a plant based lifestyle and his love for cheese made him start Willicroft which is very different to his past experience with media and education companies in the UK.

In conversation with Melting Pot, Brad talks about Willicroft's vision to promote healthy living, the types of cheese produced, the challenges the company faced during the pandemic and most importantly the measures taken to overcome the challenges with determination and smart planning.
